How to prepare for a ‘no deal’ scenario

HMRC have published a partnership pack to support UK businesses in the event of a ‘no deal’ Brexit scenario.

This is part of the Government’s programme of work to ensure the UK will be ready from day one in all scenarios, including a potential ‘no deal’ outcome in March 2019.

The pack includes high-level guidance for industry and stakeholders on customs processes and procedures that would apply in a ‘no deal’ scenario.
