John Bell & Croyden launch private care home offering

May 23, 2019

John Bell & Croyden – London’s luxury pharmacy and holders of the Royal Warrant – have launched a patient medication supply service to private care homes and hospices across Central London.

Through their InResidence Clinical Services, John Bell & Croyden are offering a unique approach to healthcare, which aims to add a level of luxury and service not usually associated with medication supply.

The service includes monthly and weekly deliveries of bespoke named-patient medication packs and daily acute medication deliveries.

Both pharmacist and technician support are included, as well as a dedicated account manager and bespoke premium packaging is available for VIP patients.

John Bell & Croyden’s service also offers original pack dispensing, monitored community dosage systems, patient medication reviews by a pharmacist and support to nursing staff in medicine management.

Dedicated pharmacists will also work with care homes to carry out Medication Usage Reviews (MURs), pharmacy audits and operational reviews and CQC audit preparation support.

Alexander Johnston, General Manager at John Bell & Croyden, said:

“We are delighted to launch our bespoke private care home services across Central London. All services are tailored to meet the individual needs of the care home or hospice and a dedicated team of pharmacists and technicians will ensure that the operation is seamless, and each patient is made to feel both supported and valued.”
